Amy Reagin
Program Analyst, Center for Prevention and Health Services

Amy Reagin is a Program Analyst with the Center for Prevention and Health Services. Amy assists with the Center's Maternal and Family Health Initiative and with projects related to mental and behavioral health.

Prior to joining the Business Group, Amy worked in the education, mental health, and student affairs fields. Most recently, she spent three months in China working on HIV/AIDS prevention and education in cooperation with the West China School of Public Health. Prior to returning to graduate school, Amy spent time as a high school teacher, instructing students in mathematics and developing Individualized Education Plans for students with learning disabilities. She has also completed internships in public and private mental health centers and worked with college-aged students in residential university settings.

Amy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Georgia, a Master of Arts degree in Counseling from Wake Forest University, and a Master of Science in Public Health degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. During her tenure at UNC Chapel Hill, she worked on research related to coordination of care for children with autism. She is also a Nationally Certified Counselor.
