International assignments are a costly undertaking, and there is often great pressure for projects to be a success. One reason that an assignee may return early is related to physical and medical problems for themselves or their dependents. Companies can mitigate some of these issues, as well as carry out a duty of care for their employees, by conducting pre-assignment screenings. In this series installment, panelists will discuss the business case, best practices and lessons learned for screenings.
Please note: This call is for human resources, benefits and well-being professionals to share their experiences and learn from each other.
