As many localities begin to vaccinate essential workers and older Americans against COVID-19, large employers are eager to figure out how they fit into the process. Vaccine distribution in the U.S. is decentralized, making it a challenge for multi-state employers to create an equitable and consistent vaccination strategy. So where does an employer begin?
