Half of adults in the United States have received at least one vaccine dose. Now comes the hard part: persuading the other half to get it. Here is where employers come in. It’s important to understand the questions and concerns some of your employees may have about vaccines, and to provide access to trusted health information to help them make informed decisions for themselves and their families.
This session is designed to share the latest information about vaccines and public opinion and offer specific strategies that employers can use to build vaccine confidence and make it easier for employees to get vaccinated. We’ll explore ways to engage communities of color and other disproportionately impacted workforce populations, and how to effectively communicate with employees who may need more information to make a decision.
