Sixty-nine large employer members of Business Group on Health responded to this survey, conducted between December 7 and December 17, 2021. The purpose of this survey was to understand how large employers structure and manage their employee benefit hubs.
- 80% of participants have a website/benefits hub that centralizes links to all the benefits and point solutions available to employees to make it easier for them to utilize health and well-being benefits.
- Only 9% of participants offer incentives to employees to access or use the benefits website/hub.
- 43% of participants reported that their website/hub is built internally and another 39% reported that a third-party vendor operates the website/hub.
