Well-being at the workplace has long been a priority for employers and has supported efforts to engage, attract and retain employees. During the COVID-19 pandemic, well-being’s importance was that much more elevated to meet the growing needs of employees and their families – for both on-site workers and those working from home.

Now, however, the pandemic is waning, and the workplace is undergoing yet another transition. Employers are recalibrating their well-being efforts to align with the “new” way of working, while keeping an eye on the future state of workforce well-being.
