A total of 20 large employer members of Business Group on Health responded to this survey. The purpose of this survey was to determine the impact of temporary changes to COBRA, including 100% premium subsidies, second chance elections included in the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) and extended election periods and deferred premium payments included in Department of Labor (DOL) outbreak relief.
