The purpose of this survey was to learn how employers are continuing to evolve and grow their parental support offerings. This survey looks specifically at what new, special perks employers are offering to support parents, family members and nursing mothers. This survey also looks at maternity program perks, paid leave programs available to parents and family members, lactation supports offered to nursing mothers, and other supports and perks offered to parents. Forty-five members of the Business Group responded to this survey, although the number may vary from question to question.
