Together, over 65 members of the Well-being & Workforce Strategy Institute shared solutions and thought leadership on today’s well-being priorities in 2021. This community influenced the expansion of the Business Group’s well-being model, helped to identify top workforce well-being trends, shared solutions related to burnout, resilience and mental health, explored new programs to address financial challenges, had robust conversations on how employers can turn their commitments to DEI and health equity into action, and explored a variety of timely topics from return-to-workplace plans to what the science says about obesity.
