Kristine Ashcraft, BS, MBA is a molecular biologist by training and is the former CEO and founder of YouScript, recently acquired by Invitae. She has worked in pharmacogenomics since 2000 and was named one of the 25 leading voices in precision medicine. Kristine has authored multiple publications on the clinical and economic benefits of pharmacogenomic testing including one lauded as one of the most influential publications at an American Medical Informatics Association meeting. She serves on the Steering Committee of STRIPE, the FDA collaborative community for pharmacogenomics. She has been interviewed by numerous media outlets including the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, and NBC Nightly News and has spoken at SXSW, American Society of Human Genetics, and numerous precision medicine conferences. She is committed to being a catalyst in the adoption of precision medicine.

Tommy Axford

Tommy brings decades of experience in developing public and private health and welfare programs that deliver value to employees and retirees while mitigating risk and effectively managing overall program costs for employers. He’s worked closely with many hospital systems and physician groups in the development and deployment of Accountable Care Organizations, Clinically Integrated Networks, and Shared Savings contracts across commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid programs. Tommy also has extensive experience working with large employer groups to support the deployment of appropriate healthcare strategies that drive value for both employees and employers alike.
Prior to joining PHM, Tommy served as Vice President and Consultant Actuary for Aon’s Active Health Exchange where he was responsible for supporting the business’ overall strategy and growth. At PHM, Tommy is instrumental in continuing our impressive growth trajectory by developing demand generation strategies for businesses and for Individuals. In this role, he works closely with channel partners to drive market awareness and growth across both lines of business and is responsible for taking our solutions to market.
He received his Bachelor of Science from Middle Tennessee State University, and is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries, Member of the American Academy of Actuaries, and an Enrolled Actuary.

Tam Brownlee, MD

Dr. Tamarah Duperval-Brownlee is the Chief Health Officer for Accenture. A respected health leader in the United States, her career spans more than two decades of senior leadership in healthcare focused on improving health and wellness and advancing health equity. At Accenture, she is charged with creating and innovating strategies to enhance the health, safety, and wellbeing of associates across the globe – with an immediate focus on solutions to impact the shifting COVID-19 landscape and supporting the health and well-being, and mental resilience for the over 720,000 associates worldwide.
Most recently, she served as the senior vice president and chief community impact officer and Washington DC Market President at Ascension, a leading non-profit and Catholic health system in the U.S. In that role, she led efforts to advance health equity, generate new service lines, create operational efficiencies, improve healthcare quality and health and well-being of communities across markets. Prior to joining Ascension, Dr. Duperval-Brownlee practiced clinical family medicine for 17 years and was a clinical and operational leader in Academic Health Centers and Federally Qualified Health Centers, where she advocated for equitable access and quality of care, built programs to address health disparities, and led teams to expand operations and growth.
Dr. Duperval-Brownlee is a board-certified Family Physician with additional training in public health, business, and ethics. She was recognized in 2021 by Modern Healthcare as one of the Top 25 Women Leaders and by Fierce Healthcare as a Woman of Influence.

Lauren Collins

Lauren A. Collins, LCSW, CDWF, (she/her/hers) is director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging and Premise Health. She holds a BA from The University of Virginia and a Master of Science in Social Work from Columbia University.
At Columbia Lauren studied and conducted policy analysis, advocacy, and research. She later completed coursework at the VCU School of Social Work for clinical licensure and has taught clinical practice there to graduate students through an equity lens. Lauren is a certified Daring Way® facilitator (the Brené Brown method), Dare to Lead® trained, and holds certificates in diversity and inclusion from eCornell and integrated primary care and behavioral health.
Lauren joined Premise Health in 2018 as the behavioral health pilot for Capital One. Five years later, Lauren serves as the BH Program Manager for Capital One with 9 counselors across the country who provider clinical care and innovative and engaging programming and content. Lauren also owns a practice which specializes in person-centered, equitable, justice-focused work providing consultancy, speaking, training, internships, outpatient therapy and psychiatry. She began the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging program at Premise serving as the first DEIB program manager in 2021 and was promoted to director in 2022.
She has a passion for strategy, programming, training, and organizational change and development.
Lauren believes in the inherent ability of people and systems to enact change and is a firm believer in the power of harnessing and respecting identity and justice to support and sustain that change.

Dan Dentzer

He is responsible for the design, development, and implementation of health and wellness strategies for 90,000 union and non-union employees and 25,000 retirees enrolled in United’s group sponsored Medicare Advantage plan. Dan manages United’s relationship with both medical and pharmacy vendors, driving value through strong partnerships, strategic development, and operational excellence. He also administers United’s Center of Excellence programs as well as multiple point solutions.

Brian Duclos

Lisa Fitzpatrick, MD

She has served as a foreign diplomat in the Caribbean, an academic researcher and former chief medical offi cer for the DC Medicaid program. Dr. Fitzpatrick is a member of the National Academy of Sciences Roundtable on Health Literacy and an Aspen Institute Health Innovator fellow. He is frequently interviewed and quoted by journalists from media organizations and has given keynote addresses on diverse topics, from the drivers of US medical cost trend to the rise of the healthcare consumer’s voice to the importance of social determinants of health.
Prior to joining Fidelity Investments, Ben founded PwC’s Health Research Institute, where he led a team of industry experts, policy analysts and economists dedicated to developing original and independent thought leadership for the firm and its clients. Ben also developed health policy as a legislative director in the Texas House of Representatives and as a government relations officer for the City of Austin.
Ben received a master's degree from the LBJ School of Public Affairs at the University of Texas at Austin where he was a US Department of Defense fellow. Ben is a fellow with the American College of Healthcare Executives and serves as a board member for multiple health-related not-for-profits.

Linda King

Linda joined Polk County Public Schools in March of 2019 as the Director of Risk & Employee Benefits. She manages a staff of 19 professionals that serve near 13,000 full time employees and more than 104,000 students in over 150 schools. She also manages the District’s two full-service employee health clinics and its $130 million dollar health plan.
Linda began her career as a Human Resource Specialist for the Hernando County Board of County Commissioners. She moved on to Eckerd Corporation, managing benefit communications for a merger of 3 companies and adding 30,000 associates to its benefits plans. Linda returned to the public sector, creating the first benefits administration section for the Martin County School District. Linda then served as the Risk & Safety Manager for the School District of Palm Beach County.
With over 30 years in public service, Linda is a professional public administrator, with a strong work ethic and a drive to constantly improve processes for the agencies she serves.
Linda has a BA in Business Administration with a Management Specialization from Saint Leo University and a Master’s in Public Administration (MPA) from Nova Southeastern University. She also earned her Professional in Human Resources (PHR), and Certified Professional from the Society for Human Resources Management (CP, SHRM).

Megan Lankford

Denise Murphy

Prior to joining Notre Dame in 1997, Denise held the position of Director of Human Resources for Women’s Health Partnership, a physician organization in Indianapolis. In addition, she has held administrative positions in hospital systems and retail. Her experience includes talent development and acquisition, employee relations, organizational design, learning and development, compensation, benefits, and information systems.
Denise holds a BS in management from Bryant University. Prachi Nagda, MD

Dr. Nagda is a Partner in Mercer's health practice and serves as the Clinical Services Leader, based in New York. She is the national leader for designing high value care strategies, which includes high performance network, advanced primary care, onsite/ worksite clinic, centers of excellence, cancer and virtual care solutions, helping clients of all sizes identify the optimal solution. A seasoned physician executive and consultant, Dr. Nagda brings years of experience managing and advising large employers on total human capital management including benefit, network design, and wellness strategies integrated with productivity impact. In her current role, Dr. Nagda assists employers with moving from volume to value while maximizing member experience. She has significant expertise in the area of high value care solutions leveraging clinical informatics and SDoH to drive engagement.
Prior to joining Mercer, Dr. Nagda was a corporate Medical Director at a large health system for their 150,000 employees. She led an integrated strategy to manage the medical trend and productivity. She also served as Medical Director oversight for disability and workers compensation. She also served as the Medical Director for their mid and large sized employer groups, helping employers with benefit and incentive redesign and payer-provider partnerships in form of ACO and COE design. Dr. Nagda has held several clinical thought leadership roles at carriers and health systems, focusing on improving quality, clinical management programs and better care delivery. Altogether, she has over 15 years of health industry experience, looking it through different key aspects.

Amy O'Neill, JD

Urvashi Patel, PhD

Dr. Patel has over 20 years of experience in the data analytics and her career has focused on the evaluation of clinical programs and services, including condition management, complex case management, quality improvement and provider performance programs. As a health services researcher, she has led studies evaluating the impact of health services programs.
In addition, Dr. Patel has extensive health plan and health system experience – most recently serving as the Chief Analytics Officer at Brighton Health Plan Solutions (BHPS) with responsibility for actuarial and analytical functions. Prior to joining BHPS, she was the Associate Vice President, Population Health Analytics and Chief Data Scientist for the Care Management Division of Montefiore Health System, overseeing analytics and data management for value based care contracts and programs. Urvashi also held leadership positions at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey and Care Management Technologies.
Urvashi earned her doctorate in Health Services Organization & Research from Virginia Commonwealth University/Medical College of Virginia and a Master of Public Health with a focus in Health Administration from the State University of New York at Albany School of Public Health where she also earned a bachelor’s degree in biology and chemistry. She is an Assistant Professor at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in the Department of Family and Social Medicine.

Matthew Resnick, MD

Matthew Resnick, MD, MPH serves as Chief Medical Officer of Embold Health, a data analytics company creating a new standard for healthcare quality. In this capacity, he measures provider, group, hospital and health system performance as well as guides provider engagement efforts to translate data insights into measurable improvements in the value of care delivered within local communities.
In addition to his role at Embold Health, Resnick remains on faculty at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, where he maintains an active health services research program.
Dr. Resnick attended medical school at the University of Pennsylvania, where he also completed residency training in general surgery and urology. He then completed a clinical fellowship at Vanderbilt University Medical Center and advanced training in health services research and performance improvement as a Department of Veterans Affairs National Quality Scholar. Resnick holds master’s degrees in both public health and healthcare management from Vanderbilt University.

Sean Robbins

Sean Robbins is executive vice president of external affairs for the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association (BCBSA), a national federation of 34 independent, community-based and locally operated Blue Cross and Blue Shield (BCBS) companies. Today, one in three Americans is covered by the Blue System. With a 20-year track record in business and government, Robbins’ experience as an operational health care leader combined with his public policy background is unique within the industry.
As a member of BCBSA’s executive leadership team, Robbins leads national efforts to shape healthcare policy through his insights and as a respected voice in Washington, D.C. He also has accountability for the Blue Cross and Blue Shield brand, the most preferred name in health care and he oversees BCBSA’s strategic partnerships that accelerate innovation and drive tangible improvements for health care consumers, payers and providers.
Prior to joining the Association, Robbins was president of Regence Blue Shield of Idaho, a $350 million health plan serving nearly 200,000 members as part of the Cambia Health Solutions family of companies in four western states. He previously served as Cambia’s senior vice president of public affairs and policy, overseeing the company’s political, legislative and regulatory agenda and modernizing the company’s approach to public and government affairs.
Earlier, Robbins led two community development organizations and supported two governors in building Oregon’s statewide economic development strategy. He served Oregon Governors John Kitzhaber and Kate Brown as director of the Oregon Business Development Department and as CEO of Greater Portland Inc.

Fay Rotenberg

Sharla Smith

Sharla Smith has over 25 years of experience in the education field, working at the Clarksville-Montgomery County School System (CMCSS), Clarksville, TN’s largest employer. Prior to this she worked in the insurance field, and has maintained her Property and Casualty Insurance Producer license, to serve as a resource for CMCSS. She is a Registered Nurse currently working as the Clinic Manager for CMCSS’s Onsite Employee Health and Wellness Clinic- a facility of six locations located throughout Clarksville-Montgomery County that treats insured employees and dependents of both CMCSS and Clarksville-Montgomery County. Ms. Smith has extensive experience in the Risk Management, Safety, & Health industry, and she has worked in various positions at CMCSS (within the same department) to include: Assistant Risk Manager / Safety Coordinator, Safety & Health Manager, Nurse Manager, On-the-Job Injury Nurse Consultant, and School Nurse. In 2007, Ms. Smith worked with her Administrator to develop the Onsite Employee Health and Wellness Clinic as a start-up facility targeting employee wellness. In 2019, by working closely alongside EpiphanyRx, the growth of the clinic soared by becoming an entity that started experiencing multi-million-dollar savings each year. This was primarily due to the success of developing an in-house infusion therapy clinic with a focus of continued savings by providing services using a select group of specialty medications. David Stark, MD

David Stark is a Managing Director of Morgan Stanley and serves as Chief Medical Officer and Global Head of Benefits where he is responsible for the health and wellbeing of Morgan Stanley’s employers and their families.
He joined the firm in 2018 from Mount Sinai Health System, where he was the creator and director of Lab 100, Medical Director of the Institute for Next Generation Healthcare, and an Assistant Professor of Health System Design and Global Health. Prior to that, David was a research fellow in the departments of medicine and bioengineering at Stanford University School of Medicine.
David serves on the board of the Morgan Stanley Foundation and on the advisory board of the Morgan Stanley Alliance for Children’s Mental Health. He also serves on the board of the Business Group on Health.
David is a licensed physician, board certified in pediatric neurology and clinical informatics. He received his B.S. in biology from Yale University, his M.D. from Harvard Medical School, and his M.S. in biomedical informatics from Stanford. He lives in Harlem with his husband, Stephen, and their two children.

Adam Stavisky

Adam works closely with leadership to ensure programs meet the needs of Walmart’s evolving businesses and workforce.
Prior to joining Walmart, Adam spent more than 20 years building benefits consulting businesses at a number of leading national firms, including AonHewitt, Mercer and Fidelity Investments. In those roles, he sold and led strategic reviews at many of the Fortune 500. In building businesses, he championed a requiring and trusting culture that enabled team members to deliver their best.
Adam also serves on the Board of Directors of ERIC (the ERISA Industry Committee), the Business Group on Health and is a member of the .406 Ventures Healthcare Executive Council.
Adam earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics from Northwestern University and his Master’s Degree in Mathematics from The University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA).

Ashok Subramanian founded Centivo in 2017 after observing the inefficiency in the healthcare system and the pain that has resulted for employers and employees. Centivo provides a healthcare solution for self-insured employers that unlocks savings and value by better aligning incentives in today's healthcare system and activating employees to choose high-value providers.
Prior to Centivo, Ashok founded Liazon, operator of the nation’s industry-leading private benefits exchange for active employees. A pioneer in the industry, Liazon’s Bright Choices® Exchange empowers employees to buy the benefits they really need while enabling employers to achieve complete financial predictability for their benefits. In November 2013, Liazon was acquired for $215 million by Towers Watson, now Willis Towers Watson. After the acquisition, Ashok served as CEO of Liazon as well as Managing Director for Willis Towers Watson’s Group Exchange business.
Prior to Liazon, Ashok was an Associate Principal in the New York City office of McKinsey and Co., a global management-consulting firm, where he served as a leader in the firm’s healthcare and private equity practices.
In addition to his role at Centivo, Ashok serves as an independent Board director at Artemis Health as well as a senior advisor to Silversmith Capital, a growth equity firm.
Ashok received his undergraduate degree from Princeton University, a Master’s degree from Stanford University, and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, where he graduated as an Arjay Miller Scholar.
Ashok is often sought out for his expert commentary on the health insurance and benefits industry. He has been quoted in numerous publications, including The New York Times, Fast Company, The Wall Street Journal, Dow Jones, Employee Benefit News, and CFO Magazine.

Prior to WithMe, Dickon was the Chief Commercial Officer at Big Health, a digital therapeutics company focused on mental health. Dickon was responsible for the go-to-market strategy, establishing product positioning, pricing and market and channel prioritization. During his tenure, Dickon grew the business from 0 to 2.5mm covered lives. Customers included Citi, Comcast, CVS, Delta, EY, Google, Target, and The Home Depot. To accelerate growth, he launched a first of its kind, strategic partnership with CVS, which became the CVS Point Solution Management platform.
