As employers step up their efforts to address workplace culture and double down on employee well-being in a competitive market for talent, the time is right to revisit strategies and programs with an eye to future workforce needs and desires. This session discusses the role of purpose in holistic well-being, reviews the research on workplace spirituality and synthesizes thought leadership and research into practical strategies that foster whole-person well-being of individuals, teams, and leaders by addressing individual and organizational purpose.
